We have been using this company for a good many years. The staff are always friendly approachable and helpful.

The ladies at Hays were experts at their jobs & go out of there way to help. We all have a laugh because it"s a friendly atmosphere.

Both Julie and Tracey were very professional and informative when i visited the office.

They manage to tailored a holiday which was ideal for my needs and i cant wait to travel.

Always booked through Hays travel, they always find us the perfect holiday never had any bad accomodation, always spend time trying to find what we ask for wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wasn't sure what to expect when booking but the lady was really helpful I think her name was Hayley (Newport Gwent shop ) very friendly and polite and spent time explaining everything to us ..Well Done will definitely book from here again !

Booking was easy and straightforward, all the staff got involved in telling us how amazing the holiday we chose was, they matched our online deal which was fantastic, I'm booked many holiday through the girls at Newport branch and I wouldn't book anywhere else.
