Great experience with Laura at Hays Travel Newcastle
We have had a great experience with Laura at Hays Travel Newcastle. She helped us book a trip around the USA (route 66) and she was great in organising the perfect trip for us. She was really passionate and friendly and really took the time to make it special for us. We would not hesitate to recommend and we can’t wait for our trip of a lifetime!

Recent booking experience
The agent who I dealt with at Newcastle (Beth) was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Trip booked only 2 weeks prior to departure. She sorted everything eg passport details/boarding passes etc. Was willing to help in any way. This is the 3rd trip we've booked with Hays and will use again for any future trips.

Brilliant staff
The twice we were in we got to speak with Liam he was brilliant with us, talked through everything we asked. The whole experience was excellent. Got my money card and euros sorted too

Friendly welcome and my friend and myself had a brochure and had selected the trip we wanted to book. Jordan was very helpful and the booking was made quickly and everything explained to us. Always use Hays Travel and all branches have friendly, knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere!
