Excellent service from experienced and friendly staff, and nothing was too much trouble for Emma who dealt with our booking.

As soon as I walked in to the shop the lady sat at the first desk smiled and as me straight away asked if I needed any help, even though she looked like she was doing paper work, she cleared it away and assisted me to straight away. She introduced her self as Laura which I found very comforting and she gave off a good vibe and very bubbly and happy. It was my first time ever booking a holiday. She gave me lots of reassurance. I have not been abroad in 14 years so with it being the first family holiday I want something special. Laura listened to all my requirements and even explained in detail the area, weather wise sessions and what at the hotel would have open. I felt really confident of the choice and due to the extra measurements we needed she made that possible too. I was over all very pleased with the service and knowledge she gave me and I'm very happy to of book my holiday with Laura. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The staff are so helpful and find what the customer wants and not sell them anything. This applies especially to Lydia, she is so helpful and caring and we will continue to use Hays. Thank you.

Laura in the Mold office was excellent, so helpful and organised everything for us, I only needed to put all the boarding passes etc into a folder and we are ready for off! I will definitely use Hays Travel again to book our Jet 2 holidays
