We’ve booked a few trips with Michael now, and have had a great experience every time. On our last big trip we had a visa waiver issue which meant we had to change our itinerary which Michael sorted for us. All our trips have run smoothly and he’s always been on hand to answer any questions. Appreciate looking at different hotels for us, with even some personal recommendations! Michael booked our cruise for 2025. I did go back to him with amendments to the holiday and he changed them immediately. He was polite and very professional. Couldn’t ask more.

The best of the best! Michael is such a great travel agent, listened to what we needed and found us such a great deal and holiday.
