Mathew is a pleasure to deal with, which is why I went straight back to him to book next years holiday! He's so patient as I don't have a lot of time between work and other commitments, so there were often gaps in our communication, but he always picked up exactly where we last were!

Everything was done to find the right holiday for us, and to fit in with my work. They're was a problem with booking the room, this was checked with the resort, and I was kept updating till it was sorted and booked
