I have been thinking about doing a solo cruise for months …didn’t really know how to go about it ….I was put in touch with Markus who was exceptional, answered all my 1,0000 of questions ( quite anxious as it’s my first solo) he’s taken the stress out of everything was very informative, and knowledgeable in fact he was so good I have now booked 2 !!! The only small observation I have for consideration is for Hays to improve the way it presents its quotation. It's not as intuitive as other companies I have used.
