Face to face every time.
Brochures are all very well but we found it difficult to navigate. Hays listened and took notice of what we wanted. Much easier than doing it on line or over the phone. Thank you.

Booked another holiday with Hays travel always helpful it seems nothing to much trouble and very friendly and clear in the booking process we have found a travel agent who we can trust rely on and will always get you the best price and willing to discuss your options if you are not sure what you want.
We would recommend Hays travel differently ever time and we are looking at a holiday in India for next year and a Xmas/New year holiday we will going to Hays travel to book

Finding a flight can be very challenging and frustrating especially long.jaul flights to the other side of the globe.
