Very good service brilliant staff

We were warmly greeted and although our proposed itinerary was complicated it was achieved within days.
The pricing was fair and any amendments we requested we discussed and costed.
Will Happily contact Amy again for future holidays.

What made our experience great was Emma😁She always goes the extra mile (or 10) to make sure that everything is spot on for us, including asking the important questions that we have forgotten to ask!! This is how well she knows us. We have been booking with Emma for years & will always return to her as she always makes the experience simple & fun with her wonderful sense of humour & zest for life. We do have specific medical requirements & she always makes sure that whichever travel company we are booking with are aware of this & organises any assistance that may be required. Once again, Emma many thanks & we are still keeping that space for you in our luggage😁

Grace (number 2) was very friendly and approachable the moment I entered the shop. I was feeling anxious but excited to book my first solo holiday. Grace and her team (Emma and another Grace) soon put me at ease. Grace has successfully supported me to book my first holiday which is for my birthday in November and has also kept it affordable for me. I look forward to visiting again to book my next one, but I am even more excited to go on my first solo holiday later this year. Thanks to Grace :)

The young lady called Grace was excellent very friendly and got us all the information we needed to book our holiday

They do everything well, they are superb and we would not book a holiday any other way than through Hays

Friendly staff who took time to search for the type of holiday we required and explained everything in great detail. The service was exceptional and the booking process for 8 people made to look easy.
