Stephanie was very helpful and patient when making the booking. She kept me informed when the booking changed and gave advice what to do to make the booking work. Nothing was a problem.

Being a first time cruiser me and my wife found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful and set up the hays money card for me as well which I feel is a great way of using your foreign currency abroad just like using your cards at home .
I know if I have any questions or problems, I can go straight into the store and speak to Julie or Stephanie and they would sort out my problems if I had any.
Had such a lovely cruise we have booked up again for next year bring it on

I wasn't sure where we wanted to go, I just knew where we didn't want to go. We wanted an early morning flight, preferably a weekend but not essential, somewhere hot & sunny. Julie took her time exploring all the options that were available, different airlines, hotels and locations. She was patient & extremely knowledgeable about various locations & we eventually settled on a 4* all inclusive in Ibiza

I prefer to book with Hays as I know from experience they will always deal with any problems that may arise afterwards

We went in with the idea of one destination but due to dates etc it wasn't to be. Heather was so patient and suggested other destinations for us to consider. We returned the next day, holiday booked, seats booked and we can't thank Heather enough. She answered all of our questions and always had a smile on her face. Thank you Heather, you made us feel so comfortable while deciding on a new destination.

Hi! Once again we have booked our summer and winter holidays with Hays! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
As things are at the moment with the war in Iran and the cost of fuel, i was a little hesitant to book anything!
However, I came into the Killingworth branch where we have booked our holidays for the last 3 years since we moved here! I was seen by Gemma who we have booked with before and she put my mind at ease! We talked through the situation at the moment and I decided to go ahead! Gemma is just lovely, as are all the girls! I booked 2 holidays, one for July n one for November! I will be paying monthly for the November holiday, at no extra cost, which is great!
Being the dinosaur I am, I have all my paperwork printed off for me, and calls when my tickets are ready for collection! 😄
I also have a Hays travel card which is great and accepted wherever we go, and I always take euros with me too which I get when I collect my tickets!
I cannot fault the friendly help and guidance I always get from the girls in Hays and want to say another big thank you for your help this time! 😃
