Helpful and knowledgeable!
The staff at the Keighley branch are what made this experience great, very thorough with every aspect and they found me an ideal package that suited my date requirements, especially at short notice.
Chantelle in particular was fantastic and had great knowledge which helped to narrow down the options.
My only criticism is the outdated all-in-one computers being used at this branch, they are too slow and often hinder the experience, a quick and simple upgrade would remedy this and provide a much better experience for the customer.
