Gemma at the Hucknall Nottingham branch was brilliant. Listened to what we needed/wanted for our multi centre holiday and if something wasn’t 100% she came back with something else that we immediately booked. So friendly and accommodating and would definitely use them again.

Nothing was too much trouble they went above and beyond to help find the perfect holiday, answered every question with patience, and made the whole process completely stress-free.

Gemma is genuinely outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. She made sure every detail was spot on and kept me updated every step of the way. The rest of the team were just as lovely and welcoming, efficient and clearly passionate about what they do.

Went into my local Hayes Travel with a query but ended up booking the whole holiday with them. They were so so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Also got the holiday cheaper than i could get it for. Also planning an Australia trip which they said to take in where we want to go and they will plan and price it all up for us. All I can say is wow! What a wonderful experience booking with Mason at Hucknall. What a truly wonderful person, really helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Nicola and Everyone else in the whole shop were so friendly and welcoming we actually had a blast! We booked a cruise at such a great price. We will always go to Hucknall Hays for all our holiday bookings, they will price match any internet price and it’s great having them book for you so you have the option of them handling all your boarding passes/tickets etc. but they are so welcoming and friendly it’s always a pleasure going in to the shop. Mason was brilliant though, a real credit to Hays and we’ve made a friend😊

Popped in to Hayes Travel intending to go to Benidorm ended up going to Gran Caneria for £200 less than Benidorm which was all due to Mason our Hayes Travel agent giving us options that we could not refuse,Mason is a credit to the Hayes Travel team and took time to find us the perfect getaway.
