Jill at the Horwich branch. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. Organising a ski trip to Italy for our group wasn’t the easiest task, especially since some of us were travelling from London Despite that, Jill and her colleague handled everything with a smile and made the entire process feel completely stress-free.

She took the time to understand our needs, offered great advice, and went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her communication was clear and timely throughout. Thanks to her, we now feel confident and excited about our ski trip next year.
