Judith is always very helpful and very knowledgeable.

We dealt with Eve in the Hereford branch, as soon as we sat down she was happy and friendly, we told her what we were looking for and she delivered, we changed our mind on a couple of things but nothing was too much trouble.

This was our first time booking a cruise in almost 30 years. With health conditions to take into account, it was essential to get it right.

I mainly dealt with Ethan who was very understanding to my requirements, especially as this was my first cruise. I did however find all the staff to be polite and helpful.

The lady that served us was very helpful and nothing too much trouble I had a friend with me and we all had a laugh.

It can be challenging to get every requirement to suit four elderly ladies!! We have combined our needs over the years and know exactly what we want. We went into our local Hereford branch and was seen by Craig Balderson who went over and beyond to give us that holiday. His patience was immeasurable as we had him looking up at least a minimum of twenty two destinations!! However we eventually got there !!

Very helpful all round; proactive thinking, sorted out some awkward booking issues with flights and bookings, quickly found acceptable alternatives. All members of the team joined in to help.
