Hays travel agent spreading false information.
We went into Hays travel in Havant this morning, as we have been sorting a holiday with an independent travel agent who has been helpful, we had a separate issue with a single person booking that we are trying to sort, the travel agent at Hays travel has called the travel agent and supposedly been rude to the independent travel agent when we left the store, which they have then messaged us to say they are disappointed with our negative feedback given and the unprofessional attitude of the store, which we never said anything negative. I am extremely disappointed that the hays travel agent has passed on this false feedback to another independent travel agent. Hays should not be trusted, clearly, as they pass on false information regarding private conversations with customers. The travel agent at Hays didn’t seem to know what she was talking about and wasn’t very confident in what she was saying which didn’t fill us with much hope, booking a holiday is suppose to be exciting and fulfilling but this is not how we felt with Hays Travel. Will not be going back.
