wonderful service
We decided to try our local Hays Travel in Halesowen, after having an unfortunate experience at Tui in Merry Hill. So glad we did. Our advisor was Mia (blonde) , she was so knowledgeable about the area and the Hotel we had chosen. She was extremely pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. This is our place to book holidays from now on.
