Less than positive experience.
Update on our review, Victoria called to apologise and we discussed our concerns. I did say we would have bought our spending money with Hays for our cruise this year, but after the unsettling visit previously we have bought elsewhere. Was also looking at a trip for 2027, but we will have to think about whether we book through Hays. However I have amended from 3 stars to 4 as the effort to rectify the situation has been made.

Firstly, I would like to explain that on the P&O website, we are required to ask guests for their preferred bedding option. The first option is a twin bed, followed by a queen bed as the second option. We ensure this is asked of all customers so that the arrangements are suitable for your cruising holiday.

had to pay more than on tui site,bought our passports to check in and told we have to do it ourselves on line am 77 years old don’t do on line that’s why i come to you,asked if i have to order euros and told no went to get my euros and was told only had 5euro notes. not impressed with the service XxX

Regarding the availability of euros, we regularly stock foreign currency. However, unless a branch order has been placed or the currency has been reserved through our Click & Collect service, we are unable to hold currency for customers. Due to demand, all available currency is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
