Janette was very welcoming from the start. She shared her knowledge of the destination having been there herself in the past. She explained everything in detail. Having researched a few different hotels myself online she checked them with us on the system which helped us make our final decision. 10/10 customer journey satisfaction. I won’t go anywhere else to book a holiday now!

My wife has booked all are holidays with hays travel for about 12 years or more with very friendly and helpful staff wouldn't go anywhere else so when she passed away last year I thought carry on with what she had done and true to form your staff are very helpful and friendly
