great location in funchal
Was given plenty of time to consider amenities by Haley who explored all room options available as well. We had stayed at hotel before so knew the layout and facilities nearby without having to go elsewhere.

The process of finding and booking was…easy and quick!
Staff member Hayley listened and understood the requirements for our first family holiday abroad and found us a few deals for us to look at, then continued to book for us, making the process very easy.

Absolutely fabulous customer service
Absolutely fabulous customer experience. Kiara was attentive, helpful and her communication was second to none. I received regular emails when I was looking for a quote and when I visited her in the shop she was just as good.
We booked a TUI cruise with great discounts and can’t wait to go.
Her help is not done here, she is going to help us book our seats on the plane and look at excursions.
