We have booking with Hay's Dunoon for many years now. The service is always excellent. Joan has just organised our forthcoming trip to Menorca, May 2026 and as we have found with all the staff at this office was efficient, professional and had lovely friendly manner! We always recommend this travel agency to our family and friends.

We told Margaret initially we were looking for a Vietnam cruise she researched and came up with lots of options. We then changed our mind and decided we wanted an escorted tour instead. She didnt flinch and was just happy to get the perfect holiday for us which she did. She recommended extra days which we hadnt noticed...patient kind and bubbly throughout the booking process

Both of the staff at Dunoon, that organised our holiday Joan and Scott, along with the assistance from Vista were extremely helpful in managing the detail. There is no substitute for dealing with people face to face.

Fantastic staff really helpful

Myself and my husband went into see Joan and as usual as she is amazing. All we had was a list of dates we were available and that we think we wanted to go on a cruise. Joan spent time with us asking us what we like and don't like and what we think we would want to see. We have now got a cruise booked for Dec next year round the carribean for ten nights. She never once made us feel like we were wasting her time or that we were being difficult due to the limited dates we were available. I have used Joan alot and she always comes up with something that suits us.

The friendly staff in particular Scott.
He was really helpful without being pushy and when we changed our minds about destination did lots more work to get us a tailored holiday.

Personal Contact and Advice. Being able to go over Holiday Plans Face to Face with a Friendly Face is very enjoyable. I was able to look at options both on line and in person and then discuss these with my wife before making a final decision. It is ideal that prices are the same as I can get on line and by both using the same website comparisons are very simple. I am personally out of touch with Package holiday Travel as we normally either fly to visit family overseas or travel with our MH to Europe using Caravan Club Travel services. It is great that you are able to deal with Jet 2 direct rather than just your own internal travel options. We use Hays Travel regularly for currency mainly Euros and US Dollars and find the service very straightforward and good value. My wife recently travelled with a group to Denmark and the currency was all arranged for them. A small town needs a good travel agent especially for people who are not IT familiar. Your company does a great job as you are not tied to individual brands.
