James very helpful in looking for what we was wanting to book.
However, we was very disappointed when trying to book a hotel we had previously looking at. For some reason ( and the dates for the hotels we was looking for, wasn't allowing
him to book for us ) James made a mention that he had a similar situation that he had before doing this.
In the meantime he found another hotel in the same area which looked ok but we had our hearts set on the one he was trying to book. James could see we were disappointed but reassured us this would be just as good. So we went with his recommendation.
