Very friendly staff and very welcoming. Sophie assisted us with our booking, from a great recommendation to completing the booking. All aspects were discussed with us and explained where necessary. The level of service is always excellent. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had been wary about a holiday I had seen advertised on Facebook. I messaged our local branch of Hays, to enquire whether the Deal branch did the same offer, to Bali. Lauren replied. She emailed details of a 4 hotel destination stay. As I had requested, Lauren gave info for 2 people, and for single. A friend I showed the details to, then decided she too would like to go on the trip with me. 5 minutes later we walked in to Hays Travel, in Deal, and located Lauren. A little later, after amazing service, we had booked the holiday. We then decided, after paying deposit, to pop to the bank to organise immediate payment of the balance. Lauren was a little surprised when we walked back in to pay the balance.
Next day we were back. Again Lauren was superb, in addressing a hotel change, as one hotel had some rather negative reviews. After making calls and us trawling through details of several other hotels in Seminyak, we were given an amazing price on one that ticked the boxes.
Lauren was an absolute superstar for putting up with our antics and our holiday requests and questions.
Booking and change in the booking were dealt with, without issue.
The whole experience was brilliant.
I would highly recommend Hays Travel, and Lauren, for her assistance. Thank you.
