Went in for a look
Went in for a look. Came out with a holiday. Was asked what we were looking for etc. Was shown few hotels one of which we book. Exactly what we were looking for. Evelyn in Cumbernauld was excellent no hard sell. Would definitely book again. We liked how you get paper documents snd also on phone.

The customer service was fantastic
The customer service was fantastic. We were nervous about booking a holiday with your son being autistic but the lovely lady who's name I cannot remember sadly arranged for us to pick up a lanyard and have seats together on the plane as well as making sure everything was suitable for our sons needs and for us as a family.

Great service
We have booked a few holidays through Hays and it is never a trouble, the deals are also great aswell as the holiday quality. Our latest booking was done by Deborah in Cumbernauld. She is an absolute delight to deal with, so positive and friendly. Nothing is too much for her. We will absolutely be booking again.
