Exceptional customer service - 10/10!
I had a fantastic experience at my local Cookstown branch of Hays Travel. I dealt solely with Tony who was exceptionally helpful and professional …. And patient with the million and one questions I had! He took great time to listen to exactly what I wanted and researched the best options, value and comfort for my return trip to Australia. I never felt rushed and everything about my upcoming trip was explained in a very knowledgeable way. Although I dealt only with Tony I observed the friendliness of all the staff when on the phone and dealing with other customers. Roberta has a lovely bubbly personality too. Cannot recommend using this branch highly enough and would award 10 stars if I could! Massive thank you to Tony for all his help and I will definitely be a returning customer for future trips!

Excellent Service
I dealt with Tony in the Cookstown Office. From the get go he listened to everything I said and promised to come back by end of day. He kept his word and we communicated into the late evening when I finally agreed and paid for a holiday next week. I found him to be very capable, helpful with plenty of patience.
