I’ve been booking with Hays in Colchester for years now, the service there is second to none, I usually deal with Chloe but the whole team are great, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
I would highly recommend.

I have for many years when travelling abroad ,used Expedia, with telephone conversations leading to my eventual happy holidays.Unfortunately,this time I found that they no longer wish to speak,despite assuring me they would get me to the right assistant ,I always ended up in a blind canyon.( not Great ).so after two fruitless afternoons,I gave up,so... No Holiday !!
Later,I remembered the Hays Travel,shop in Colchester
So I thought why not give them a try,we'll 1/2 an hour later,I was booked,and all thanks to the lovely Kathryn,I was on my way to China and Japan.
It was so easy,because Kathryn was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave me the impression that she actually enjoyed helping me.
So it will be Hays Travel in future, for me.thankyou Kathryn.superb.
