Easy booking process
Trainee member of staff was plessant and polite, quite open from the start about her training status. Started off process on her own then had to wait a short time for another member of staff to be available to complete our booking. Pleasant general chat during this time

AMSTERDAM 2025
I spoke with a lovely lady (i believe she was called Ellen) about a trip to amsterdam with my boyfriend for next february, she had brilliant recommendations, we went through a few different hotels and flight times, we settled on a hotel and she showed me many things to do in the area and told me about many travel options for amsterdam as i was nervous getting from the airport to the city centre where the hotel is. She was amazing, honest, obviously very professional and patient with me as i wanted to look at many different things… would 100% recommend Hays Travel, i booked the trip the same day! i couldn’t be any more excited. She also showed me the ‘hays travel card’ which i’m planning on getting.. as well as inviting me back for a quote for travel insurance :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very pleased

The fact that you can talk face to face…
The fact that you can talk face to face with someone is what suits me best and whilst it took around an hour in the shop it went quickly.Also going forward, it fit’s better for me I.e. not having to print things out or download stuff, I am not into technology.
