Brilliant Sara was so helpful kind and friendly .

Everyone in the shop was very friendly. We wanted to book with an independent travel agent and are very pleased that we did. The advisor was very efficient and helpful.

Leanne was a fantastic sales person. She was very funny, friendly and helpful. She included all details which wd needed to know eg: local tax prices etc.

Was a lovely clean shop all staff welcoming. Extra bonus had a free COLD can of pop whilst booking. Was much appreciated to sit down and chill.

Lovely lady, Sara dealt with my demanding hubby. Very patient as he constantly changed his mind.

Went to the Chesterfield branch and spoke to Leanne, manager, regarding a possible holiday to Salou which we weren't really sure about.
After speaking to Leanne about our preferences particularly flight times we settled on a weeks holiday to Menorca instead. She was most enthusiastic about Menorca which made our decision to go there much easier.
We would definitely recommend the Chesterfield branch of Hays Travel, Leanne and her team.

The staff on both occasions i called in the shop were excellent . Very polite and helpful. The lady that dealt with me had another member of staff check everything was done correctly. Very good teamwork. I was most impressed and I was remembered.

The staff were fantastic, cheerful as well as very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I booked a very last minute holiday, and I was extremely happy with the bargain holiday I chose. The paperwork was all explained to me and presented in a handy folder. I was even able to get my holiday money at the same time. Will definitely be using this company again. 10 out of 10 for the quality of the service. The ladies in the Chesterfield branch, I would say, certainly earn their wages and their smiles cheer up all their customers.
