Cheltenham branch David and Peter I've delt with alot over the last few years more so David but both are very professional in their roll.
Most of the other staff are nice too.

Been using hays for booking holidays for a few years now I love that they are honest if they feel country isn't for you and if there are things to be wary off always had a good holiday through these. They always try and knock money off. No question is too much. Very informative they helped advice me with what currency to use in Turkey as I have never used it before and they use 2 currency in Turkey

Visited Cheltenham store for 1st time and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile. I had already chosen a holiday and was looking at price comparisons. The travel adviser Stephen, was professional and friendly and did his utmost to secure holiday at the best price

After trying a number of different platforms online, during which time we got more and more confused, we though we would try a direct chat with our local Hayes Travel. Asheigh was knowledgeable, and very helpful. She listened carefully to what we wanted in Italy, and had us organised within the hour. It is now secure and we checked in today at Hayes, three weeks before the flight. Can't fault her service.

My query was dealt with politely and I was given a number of choices and the explanations to allow me to make the decision.

Peter was great we had a complicated problem so we thought and Peter made it simple and easy sorted us and we are happy great team at Cheltenham we will be back to book again

Peter was so understanding of our age and explained all the cabins available and asked what budget we had so he could look at the right cabin for us including where we wanted to go. This made it much easier the we have done in the past which at our aged and medical issues would have been much harder to do
