Excellent customer service. I contacted Charlotte to look for a short break away. Told her where I wanted to go. Almost immediately she came back with a few options. I booked at once.
Not only did she find what i wanted, also included transfers bed and breakfast. Quick, thorough and friendly.

Charlotte is always great at finding the best deals and finding the right holiday for us. I gave a brief description of destination and type of hotel and she found a deal that suited perfectly! Charlotte always gives a fab speedy and friendly service and I will continue to use her services in future.

I had seen Charlottes Facebook page with holidays offers, I have never booked with Charlotte previously, or even enquired. She made it easy, fun and personal! My husband was looking online previously, he found a good deal - but in typical style it turned out to be an hour away from where we needed to be!
