Everyone was helpful, but usually i book with Lucy, we have a good relationship and I trust Lucy, I have had a few problems in the past which Lucy sorted out for me with no problems and she kept in touch with me. Overall, a great team

I dealt with Olivia (Liv) who was lovely and very helpful. When I told her what I needed, she went out of her way to make sure she found it and then explained everything about it and then made sure we were checked in properly as I’m not good with tech!

Hi.,It was Conducted very Quickly and easily with fortunately my having to Do the Money transfer away from the Shop equally easy and rapid.That is because the handling of the Money transfer was by a very rapid Fast Payment,Partly the ease of it all was because the Shop was relatively quiet and the Woman handling my Booking was only dealing with a Customer when I returned after 20 Minutes the second time to Pick up the formal Booking Confirmation.Actually,I printed out your Confirming Email on my return and it is in the Cupboard File with the formal Confirmation.
