The member of staff was extremely pleasant and totally efficient
What would have taken hours independently was done promptly making a stress free experience
We had to wait for the tour operator to answer the phone and she entered into a friendly yet professional dialogue

We book most of our holidays with Hays they are always welcoming even when it's busy. They have a great extent of knowledge about places and listen to what you would like to expect and 99% of the time get you a match for a great holiday.

Christian was fantastic. My partner and I knew we wanted a holiday but didn't have a clue on where we wanted to go. Christian had patience, asked great question to narrow it down then made excellent recommendations which resulted in us booking with him. The process was very straight forward.

I'm hard of hearing, Christian spoke very clearly which made it easy for me to lip read which I really appreciate.

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Took time to find out just what we wanted and what dates suited. No hassle booking and if any glitches then worked through those with us step by step. Made sure our needs were met regarding minor mobility issues. Did not rush us and made sure we were happy with all arrangements. We could not fault the service we received and would happily recommend Hays Travel.
