Always book through Hays in Bolton as they are very knowledgeable. The branch staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Claire and Sarah who we have dealt with on numerous occasions. They make the task of booking a holiday very smooth and simple and we much prefer dealing with a person rather than book it ourselves. Would highly recommend

I called into to my local branch for advice on a holiday i was interested in. I spoke with a member of staff called Talia who went above and beyond to help me. She's a credit to your company. I booked the holiday i was interested in i left the shop a very happy person.

Everything was expertly explained and carried out without any fuss. I had a location and an hotel already in mind so the booking was arranged at a slightly lower price than previous quotes. Beth any also helped me arrange travel insurance. All good .
