As always the ladies at hays birtley are knowledgeable helpful and friendly and make the booking process easy and good

We popped in to the Birtley branch to see what our options were for a last minute deal, we were attended too by Molly, who despite the apprentice label on her tag handled us like an experienced agent.

She chatted with us about all our requirements taking her notes, then spent time pulling together some options, she knew getting us a good selection may take time so offered we could leave and return. We stayed and enjoyed chatting with Molly and Alex while we waited.

And bless them they endured our cheesy jokes with aplomb!

Molly found us some great options. And offered to save them in our profile so we could head home and discuss.

We returned the next day to pull the trigger. Where another member of staff ( who's name we didn't catch unfortunately) was able to pull up our options and managed to complete the booking immediately.

We had confirmations for fast I didn't even notice them arrive on my phone. With support laid out ahead to ensure we knew of our currency options.

A brilliant store, lovely staff and somewhere we'll certainly try again

Molly who helped arrange our latest holiday, also arranged our last trip and remembered where we went and our preferences. She is a shining example of a knowledgeable and professional travel agent.She is also very pleasant and a overall nice person
