A fantastic service from everyone in the store, but especially, Millie. Super friendly, attentive and personable. First class service, as always.

Everything fantastic as usual, already had a good idea which holiday we wanted to book, so all in all it took about 20mins to book and pay the deposit. Always book with hays beverley all the staff are very professional, helpful, polite and friendly.

We had the fundamentals of a hoped for holiday in mind.
Dropped in at HAYS, a member of staff was immediately available and invited us to take seats at her desk.
In no time at all we were leaving with our holiday booking confirmed.

Helen was very personable and professional and helped me find the cruise I wanted at a good price, nothing was too much trouble.

I have not had a Holliday for 9 years and now I am 83 years old I needed help which I got from Hellen it made booking enjoyable.

Staff at Beverley are very helpful, pleasant and courteous.
They will go out of their way to ensure you get just what you are looking for.
Unfortunately it was necessary to complain about transfers booked in Barbados that didn't turn up or were late. These were not booked by Beverley but by Vista.
Sally at Beverley was upset about the problem and has taken it onboard on our behalf.

Delt with Toya but not happy she was going to email to ask hotel for a room with sun ! I have asked thay say that no email had been sent as i am in hotel for 6 weeks very unsatisfide

Hays built a bespoke cruise package for us including flights, hotels, private transfers and insurance. All we have to do is pack and pay. A great deal of time and effort was made ensuring that all connections are made during sensible hours. Would not hesitate to recommend the Beverley branch to anyone seeking a bespoke package.

Helen was very helpful and personable and understood our wants and needs perfectly which made our holiday booking experience a whole less stressful as we are not experienced travellers and didn’t know where to start!

We booked 2 holidays with Sally: a beach holiday and a cruise holiday. Sally was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We went on a Sunday morning with some vague ideas as to what we wanted to book and after 3 hours of searching with Sally we ended up booking an all inclusive holiday to the Canaries and also a cruise of the Norwegian Fjords - thank you for your patience with us! Sally talked us through lots of options, played around with dates/destinations and she ended up getting us some brilliant deals on our holidays. We will definitely be back to book future holidays!

Although we went into the branch fully prepared, knowing precisely the Jet2 city break we wanted to book, Millie was excellent.
Polite, efficient and friendly service throughout.
Millie cross checked every element of the booking with us and ensured our needs were being met.
We also enjoyed some light hearted banter with all the team which always adds to the experience!

My husband booked the holiday and didn’t say any negatives about the service at all 👍
