Easy process
My wife made a simple telephone call to Hays. They took all requirements and within an hour presented 3 options. We picked one and all was sorted over the phone. They even booked our seats on the plane.

Marie was very welcoming
Marie was very welcoming. We went in with an open mind not knowing where we wanted to go. Marie was not long back from Malta and with her experience and knowledge of the Island we decided to make that our holiday. She showed us the map of the island and where the different hotels were and what attractions were in that area. Booking process was smooth went over everything with us made sure we understood what we needed to book.ln ..

Friendly staff willing to find a hotel I knew about but the member of staff Marie didn’t. She was extremely helpful and I felt very happy with the service I received. I booked last year through Hays and was very happy to use them again this year.

Very pleasent experience
The fact I can actually go into the shop and speak to something is one of the best things. Booking a holiday online is not a pleasure. The salespeeson took her time made sure I got what needed. Please never shut your shops.
