Hayes are efficient i will go with them for my future holidays
We have booked 2 years on the trot with hayes the assistant was called Claire she was efficient and very friendly. As I'm disabled and need assistance it was important that my holiday was arranged properly. I will definately be going back to hayes in the future.

Megan was really helpful and persevered when her computer stopped working!! She checked all my options and booked my trip for me. I know if I have any issues Hays will help me and when I need any add ons it’s a simple phone call to them. I won’t book with anyone else.

Quick and easy booking process.
We went in to book up a cruise and were called over to a desk immediately. Rosie booked it all up for us and was very efficient and extremely helpful. I will definitely book up here again, very satisfied.
