Seen a holiday on Facebook which was not my usual branch, so went into Bloomfield branch and was seen by Leanne who I have dealt with before she got me the holiday and got it booked right away. She is a fantastic asset to hays and is always so pleasant and helpful.

Ist class service
From the moment we entered the Bloomfield Branch we were made to feel welcome by Claire. She made the process of booking our cruise straight forward and made sure that we received our paperwork and email confirmation. We had to go back the next day as we decided on a couple of upgrades. She sorted this out fairly quickly and we received the upgrades by email fairly quickly.
