Angela who booked my trip was fantastic, she has sorted out everything I asked for and was very understanding of what I would need via special assistance for my trip to Australia.

We arranged our holiday in Italy with Tracey at Hays Travel in Arbroath. She was so helpful and provided lots of information about various possible destinations. She also took into account the fact that we were reluctant to go to certain destinations which really helped to put my mind at rest. The process was so easy and Tracey provided us with information relating to our holiday flights as well as our destination.
We would definitely go back to Hays Travel when booking our next holiday.
