Booking with Collette at Newton was…
Booking with Collette at Newton was very good. However I find the rest of your staff in both Newton abbot and Paignton extremely rude. Both times I’ve been in to check on the status of my trip, they have been very condescending. I will certainly think again booking with hays and use TUI as their customer service is far better.

We received excellent service from Annabel with attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. She explained everything very well and has taken all the anxiety of booking on-line. She is a real asset to Hays Travel with a great deal of knowledge which she shared with us.
