We noticed a cruise advertised on Facebook by Hays Travel and decided to go to the branch in Allerton Rd Liverpool for further information. The lady we spoke to (Jenny) couldn't have been more helpful, she went through everything in detail, didn't put any pressure on us and found a better cabin than the one advertised.
