Havering Beauty Clinic is being run fraudently
I am a 50% owner of this beauty clinic and the lady who is a current director was our employee. She most of her life worked on laser hair removal treatment only. We are still part of of a franchise company and our franchisor who is great trainer taught her most of the procedures in couple of days, normally this training can take 6-8 months. The property where this clinic is being opearting from I have 50% lease share and likewise all the machines lease I have a 50% share. It was agreed to sell the business to her provided she opens a new company to which she agreed but later she had discussion with my ex-business partner on my back and decided to continue the company we originally registered. The property lease and machines lease don't belong to her. I was told that her husband is running a post office from that property. Will you go to this semi-trained lady who is running 50% of my business but blocked my access to all the software. The Havering Beauty Clinic is being operated fraudently. I am getting legal advice and talk to the local health services how come without my permission her husband is running a post office builtin the Beauty Clinic if this news is true. This clinic is primarily for ladies but having a post office there has profound affect on ladies privacy and dignity.
