Hardees is an amazing place with great food

All those girls on morning shift need to be fired they curse out the costumers i waited and hour and messed my food and curse me out oh they close hardes down in goose creek

the staff was great it was clean and it was fast and good prices loneoak Hardee's is a great place to eat

Worst service i have ever gotten ,no thank you or smile,I don't see how the Rockwood, tn hardees stays open.

Went to the store closest to my home, on Campostella road, Norfolk, Va and I asked for two sandwiches. There was a lot of playing around causing issues with my order. It took about 1/2 hour because with all the playing around, the young man put Mayo on my sandwich and had to remake it. The lady in charge, was not friendly at all. I asked for no seasoning on my fries NOT because of flavor but because of my medical conditions ( Hypertension). The lady had split the fries but I watch the young man sprinkled all over. This is NOT the first time I experience this problem at this store but it will be the last. When I got home, I couldn’t eat the fries due to the salt that she insisted, he did NOT sprinkle on them. I ended up throwing them in the trash. Poor leadership and bad management. Due the time I had to wait for him to remake the sandwich, the fries got cold and soft also very salty. I’m done with this particular store. This is just my opinion. Also I did NOT get my receipt.

Your chicken tenders shrunk 2 of them wouldn't make 1 tender. First they forgot them
Had to go back in and get them and when I got back at work to eat there was 2 minature tenders. Supposed to be 3. I think it will be awhile for I go back. I give a 1 rating

Bring the cinnamon raisin and biscuit back. The strawberry lemon biscuit is nasty it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Why would y'all take something away that was good?

Placed a order Hardee's on legion store Fayetteville nc they gave my order to doordash they didn't even check called driver he said not his problem

Had the new frisco breakfast burger it was excellent was their first order of it coming out today at Hardee’s in diberville MS they have the best customer service I have seen. Everyone there was nice and friendly. Employee’s coming in the door for their shift greeting the other employees greeting us as we sat and eat. I always make a couple stops in there for breakfast on vacation. Excellent service keep up the good work

No wait in the drive thru, food was hot and not over cooked. Very friendly people and very polite!

When I asked for certain things to be done to my food Misty Murphy always make sure she does it and she gets it right where the rest of them I don't say that they get it right like I sausage biscuit I wanted it on a light biscuit Misty Murphy gave it to me on a light biscuit

I requested a delux burger meal from hardees Khalifa city B in AD, first order was late and food was cold I returned it and request new one, they said they will make another but the second meal was still cold and fries was hard and worse, I paid 51 for this meal and I pay for the delivery and with this I received a cold meal with hard fries. That was done deliberately just bc I refused to receive the first meal cold so they change the bag only but not the meal!!! . I want a refund, my order is 3435793592. I paid good amount and I expect to receive new hot meal and not give me the old one in a new bag … this is really bad service

West Mason Street Green Bay...horrible quality food. I used to order an occasional monster burger...they were BIG. Ordered one yesterday, $15.50, burger was smashed flat, small bun used, less than half the bacon, and burger was broken into pieces. Norhing like the original. Scam sizing. Small drink and small fry....for $15.50 no less. Total rip off. I'm done with Hardee's forever.

Me and my family are currently snowed in at a motel in Union City TN and my husband walked across the way to get me and our kids breakfast but once he got there I realized he left his money at the room so I called the restaurant and let them know and these kind people gave him our breakfast for free so he wouldn't have to walk all the way back to get the money...we appreciate it so much and our breakfast was great thank you so much ❤️

Great customer service , employs and resturanurant were respectable clean fast services i would return too weekly. Safe for family and quality was great.

Great people great food

Website does not work well. I had to abort it as it closes 1/2 h before the restaurant closes even though I was sitting in the parking lot and of course the store would not honor the on line prices.
Items that were really good and competitive that are gone 1. Ham and cheese croissants-breakfast and the handmade raisin buiscut-breakfast that were traded off for some kind of ready made buiscut not nearly as good. And my favorite which is no more home made beer battered onion 🧅 rings ! We want these back ! If the buiscuts and gravy go I’m gone ! Evansville, Indiana
