I find the selection and quality of the uniforms excellent. Also, the staff were quickly responsive and helpful when one of my ordered items was temporarily out of stock. I would highly recommend Happythreads to anyone looking for scrubs.

Really well made, uniforms last a long time and we have used HappyThreads for years. Quality is always excellent.
Being able to add embroidery is a brilliant feature.

Sizing doesn't match size guide. Ordered maternity bottoms and keeps falling down material is awful. When I expressed my concerns to website they just offered me 10% discount which us useless to me as I won't be ordering again. Very disappointing customer service.

My scrubs are fabulous. The joggers are so comfy and sit really well on the waist. Half our ED team have gotten or are going to get they look so well. The top is lovely. It's light and skims the body but comes in at the waist.

unfortunately the material is one of the cheapest one that I saw in my entire life. Very disappointed. Not only see through but feels like plastic.
I order my unifor in November and I just received it...end of January.

I ordered scrubs and paid the postage as expected of £3.99. The scrubs didn’t fit so I paid to have them returned which cost over £7 for tracked delivery. The scrubs cost £66.99 however I was only refunded £60 due to ‘adjustments’. In total I am £18 out of pocket with no explanation given as to why £60 was refunded instead of the full amount of £66.99.
I feel ripped off. Happythread charged me extra for returning an item that was unsuitable for me as well as expecting me to pay for returning the item. A costly experience at £18 with nothing to show for it!

Awful. One star is even too much. Poor from start to finish, and I still haven’t received the correct scrubs that I ordered 7 weeks ago.

We have been getting our uniforms from Happy Threads for several years now. We find them amazing to deal with. The quality of the product is fabulous but the service is even better. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Friendly, professional, great quality. Ticks all the boxes.

Petty slap in a face to have no NHS /BLU light family discount really. I guess we're no longer "all in this together" right... Shame I can't pay with claps.

Good scrubs when they finally get there (incoming excuses regarding post brexit supplies chain, right you had years to prepare..)

I would give it zero star if I could. The quality is cheap & rubbish. So thick and uncomfortable to wear. It makes sound with movement.

The £7 one from Amazon has better quality. It’s misleading when you look at the pictures on their website compared to the reality.

I wouldn’t recommend it to any one.

Also it wad delayed, it took more than 6 weeks.

Also, I can’t return it as its embroidered!

Had some trouble with shipping address which was completely my fault . But customer service was great! Very lovely and helpful team.
When I got my items, I was impressed by how comfortable they were. Well worth the money!
