Lack of transparency and honesty
After 10 months of delays, Happy Energy cancelled our ECO4 application over the phone today without giving a proper reason. They refused to confirm the reasons for the cancellation in writing until further notice.
We are fully eligible with an EPC rating E and meet all criteria. We have a disabled child and no heating. It’s getting cold and we’ve wasted nearly a year.
Throughout the process, emails and phone calls went unanswered. They refused to engage with our freeholders and their workings are not transparent. Constant delays and being messed around.
These are not the people to be working with vulnerable families. Beware.
