Good Product but But Poor Communication
The product is good but delivery was slow and communication was initially poor. It was resolved after sending an email and following this communication was improved and product received.

Such a great company
Such a great company. The handles I wanted weren’t in stock and Mike in customer care was really helpful, changed my order with no hassle and the delivery arrived a couple of days later. Lovely product.

I have checked the whereabouts of your order and it seems as though we notified you on the email you entered confirming we had gotten your order when you placed it on Sunday 14/08/2022 at 5.17pm. We let you know we were processing the order on Monday 15/08/2022 at 10.04am, then it was shipped from the warehouse via Royal Mail first class on Monday 15/08/2022 at 4.46pm, and you were informed of this via email. I imagine the Royal Mail are working slower than usual due to the strikes, but I will talk to the customer services team when we are back in the office tomorrow and see if we can resolve your order ASAP :)

A really excellent company with very high quality products and superb customer services.
I ordered 6 brass window stays but when they arrived, I discovered that I could only fit 3 of them as the other windows were not suitable for this style. As they were expensive, I phoned and asked if I could return the unused 3 in original packaging and receive a refund! I was not hopeful as it was my error! However, the very nice person I spoke to said it would be fine to return the stays and I would be refunded in full, but obviously not for postage. I duly returned the items and received an email once they had been received telling me the refund would be credited to my account. All duly done very quickly and efficiently with no fuss or trouble for me! I am very impressed with the quality of the stays I was able to use and am disappointed not to have been able to use the others. This is a really good company with real, proper, old fashioned decent values and excellent customer service. A rarity in this day and age of the rogue traders selling inferior products and no customer service! I can recommend Handles4doors wholeheartedly and be assured you will be treated very well! Thank you so very much to all concerned with my purchase problems. Much appreciated! I will always look at your site first for any future purchases.
