Do not use it. The website is not usable at all:
1. Extremely slow. Each click takes several seconds to response
2. Confusing interface. For example, to book "GROßE XXL HAFENRUNDFAHRT HAMBURG" on a certain day, it shows 3 status: "Ausgebucht" (sold out) "verfügbar" (Available) " bereits gebucht - noch Plätze vorhanden" (already booked, still available seats).
No one understands what is the difference between "Available" and "Already booked, still available seats"
3. Failure with misleading error message
My expected day shows "Already booked, still available seats", and then I select the timeslot on that day and input my credit cart number, everything looks fine until the failure happened at the last step with error message "Something is wrong".
Later, I managed to book by other agents. It turned out to be that, my selected timeslot is already sold out.
There are 3 fatal problems here:
a. If a time slot is already sold out, why it still shows "already booked, still available seats"?
b. Any error message should be specific, e.g. the selected timeslot is unavailable, or the credit card rejected the payment etc. Such error message "Something is wrong" is very unprofessional.
c. Why it first requires the customer to input the credit card number and then only after clicking the "buy" button, error message pops up?
I tried several times to finally find out this website is not usable at all. It is a waste of time, and also my credit card number is given but for nothing.
4. Typo in websites. For example, "WSehen Sie Hamburgs legendäre Copacabana von der Wasserseite aus."
Obviously, it should be "Sehen Sie" instead of "WSehen Sie".
Summary: from user point of view this website is not seriously designed and tested. You spend half an hour and finally get lost in the misleading seats status and non-sense error messages. In addition, your credit card number is given but you get nothing.
