Even though we’ve had lockdown in place for over a year and because of this my claim was delayed,I was kept up to date with the progress of my claim.

We had this accident over 1 and 1/2 ago and I’ve gotten my money but not my 2 children they both got hurt and this took a very long time

Having never been involved in a medical claim before this was a new experience. However thanks to the person dealing with the claim, Heather Howes, it was one that was easy and straight forward. Due to Covid it did go on longer than it should have done but the level of excellent service never dropped.
