Great looking watch that I have got several compliments on anlready and I love watching his videos. Seems like a really genuine person.

Amazing customer service,ordered a watch and when it arrived from Royal Mail there was a sticker on the box say they had received the item opened,when I opened the box it was empty,I contacted customer service immediately and within 5 minutes I had an email from Alex and his team,he offered me a refund or a replacement,I said I would like a replacement and within 1 week it had arrived, the watch is beautiful I will definitely buy another watch from them again,would give 10 stars if I could.

Purchased the Aviator Spitfire and love it. Great watch for the price, even at full price (got it for 1/2 off less another 20% during one of Tim's sales). Will buy another one in the future.

Never heard of this brand and aware it's new , took the risk in a sale and well satisfied , another sale came up so bought a second watch and a hoodie , everything about watches says quality , built well , light weight on wrist , hoodie quality is as good as superdry , well done tim , love your journey

My journey has been difficult. I lost my leg in 2024, got a prosthetic and then fell in 2025.. broke the femur on the same leg. Watch the live feeds and listening to Tim talk has given me the confidence to keep my life going. Wearing his watches remind me everyday, life is a journey not a race.

I purchased a watch and I had terrible time with customer service getting information about returning it. I was advised in an email that the shipping cost would be covered by the company. Then they sent me an email saying that they didn’t cover returns to Canada. I scoured their website. I did not see one thing that said Canadian orders would not be covered for return postage. It was not very pleasant experience. You have no one to call you go back-and-forth by email. Which is not very effective because when you send an email, they didn’t answer all my questions so I had to send more emails. I can’t tell you how many emails were sent about this and I’m not going to count them, but they were quite a few. I also sent a message to Tim Hayden and have yet to hear back from him.

Been an admirer for some time and was looking for a Pilot / Aviator watch for everyday use. The website was easy to use and navigate matched by great customer service and very quick delivery.

First time using hagley west and quailty of watches are amazing and arrived really fast from across the world and had a really good deal during one of tim's lives on social media which made me buy a couple of watches and they are really nice looking aswell

I have ordered several watches from Hagley West. Specifically, my most recent order, I purchased the LYJII. Unboxing it, I was first surprised how much more colorful the face was than from what I expected when I saw it online. It truly looks regal. And the fit and weight is perfect! It's stunning and has easily made my "must wear" list.

Customer service is great to work with. I auto filled the incorrect delivery address and they solved it within no time.

I first approached Hagley West about a possible repair on my Aviator 44, after a quick review by the product service team they were able to come back that it was actually something that could be corrected without sending in for repair and something that I could do myself. Saving me time and money for the repair of my watch and being without it for long periods of time.

I had a great first experience with Hagley West. I watched one of their live streams and forgot to apply the LIVE20 code when placing my order. I emailed their support team just in case, and Alex quickly sorted it out and issued a refund for the discount amount. Really friendly and helpful service.

For customers in Saudi Arabia, there was a small delay at customs and I had to pay some additional charges on arrival. That’s more of a local customs process rather than anything related to Hagley West, and in the end I even used the refunded amount to order another watch, so it worked out perfectly.

Overall, great customer support and a smooth experience. Happy with my purchase and the service. 👍⌚️
