unfortunately some of the reviews seem to be correct. I ordered a couple of cigars from this site. I was contacted via email very fast that one of the bundles was not available and I should change it or whatever. I found another bundle with the same price and mentioned that I would like to make a switch instead of issuing a refund. hacico confirmed and sent the package. so far, so good. unfortunately when I received the package, I was missing some cigars. (I ordered 1 la aurora bundle and 2 bundles of casa de garcia). I got 1 la aurora and 1 casa de garcia bundle. I am a little dissapointed but it is what it is. this is not the first time I order from germany (regardless of retailer) and get a different count of what I ordered so I am thinking that if you order anything other than a singular item/bundle, this gets lost in the translation for some reason or something similar. if you order 1 of everything, things might be ok but who knows. I will try another site but I am pretty sure it's the same retailer, just a different site name. I cannot care less about the price, VAT, etc. but I would at least like to get what I order. I'll see how it goes next time.

Well they do include VAT on prices , yet they add the VAT again on the check out.

Paid for an order of cigars on 1 June, and my order was immediately canceled on their side, as due to a recent policy change, they no longer shipped to Belgium (even though their website said that they did, and have options to do so). Now it's mid July, and a month and a half and 9 emails later, I'm still trying to get my refund. I've received emails from the customer service saying "we will refund immediately" on 19 June, and 28 June - 20 days after the first of those, still no luck.

returned goods due to customs ordered in february 2023 no refund received after 8 e mails and it is now the end of june ! will not answer but received an e mail from sonja streker saying they had got the parcel back
why no refund? Have read other customers poor reports about this company!

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered from the UK and they said the order was processing. I emailed as nothing had come in a week to be told that they can't ship to the UK. Funny because they had no issues in taking my money despite knowing this.

I have emailed 3 times to get my money back but they are in owing me. Now I am trying to get my money back through a charge back via my bank.

I placed order on 15/6 . Sent couple of emails asking about shipping but never get a reply. The order is still in processing and no updates. Today is 20/6. I guess something happened with the company. Now is year 2023 and answer an email is not that difficult. Poor experience. I only order small amount around 79 euro total, i guess total loss. Haha.

Today 20/6 evening , I have just received an email about refund. If thats the case , i will say it is acceptable. I will keep updating.

Today 22/6 i recieved an email that my order was shipped by dhl with tracking number. I am confused, they said refund in last email. I will not send any email to them anymore. Let see how it goes. Best wishes haha.

today 3 July, i recieve the order, the cigars are packed in a wooden box, boveda, and a free cutter, nice. I will change my rating to 3 star becauase i recieve my order. If customer service is better and i will definitely give a 4 star.

Avoid at all costs. I placed an order and paid for cigars for delivery to England. Nothing arrived. After a week I made contact & was told they were still processing my order. Waited another week, made contact again to be told they do not ship to England. Asked for a refund and have not received a full repayment. If they do this with everyone it’s a great way for them to make some money without shipping anything! I doubt they actually sell cigars. Avoid! Avoid!

Just a few days ago I received my order, and it was delivered with care and in a reasonable time.
After the excitement I immediately placed my second order, but it is still processing even though it has been 3 working days since then.

Based on my first order this is a 5-star review good price and fast delivery. If my second order will arrive will be a regular customer for sure.

Would encourage anybody to start with a small order and test the service for themselves. People have different expectations but I personally am very pleased so far.

My second order was not processed even after about 8 working days and I requested a refund which was confirmed and my order canceled.
I will not post a bad review just because it's not in my nature just be mindful of what you order from them. If the order is too complex they might not going to process it simply because they don't update the stock regularly on the website. They will return you the money rest assured.
If they don't I will definitely change my review.
Tip: stick to simple small orders and everything should be fine.

Avoid this company! I placed an order online and got an email response after 3 days when I contacted them about my order why is not shipped? They said was not in stock and not available any longer. I asked if can be substituted with a different cigar, but they respond to emails in 2-3 days!!! Shocking customer service! At last I give up after six days of not getting anywhere and asked for a refund.
This company advertise in stock items which they don't have!! They should be banned from selling.

Excellent service with friendly staff (English speaking). My cigars cost £250 than I got a customs bill via DHL for £489. 😟
