Habeno made our dream possible! When we had the idea to purchase our dream home in Spain it felt like a dream without a plan… I contacted a few brokers or tried to go directly to the banks and was feeling so disheartened… everyone took so long to respond or only presented unsuitable offers below 70%. As soon as I contacted Habeno I knew this was different and someone I could trust! They were so quick and responsive and immediately demonstrated their expertise and knowledge to help. We were introduced to Pierluigi who took us through the whole journey! No question was too small I always felt comfortable to reach out either by WhatsApp or email and got a full answer straight away. He made everything so so easy for us. He presented multiple offers, incredibly with the same banks who to me directly turned me away or only offered 60%, but through Pierluigi, I had offers exactly with my criteria with these same banks, quickly and seamlessly!? Habeno made it possible for us to buy a home in Spain. Before we heard about Habeno we hired mortgage agent who said (after we paid her 500 euros so she would start working on our case) it was impossible for us to get mortgage in Spain because our income is in Isk. But somehow Habeno managed to offer us upto 70% mortgage. Our agent Pierluigi was very responsive and answeared every question that we threw at him.

We were contacting the bank ourselves and were trying to organize our mortgage with the bank that was really unresponsive and seemed that they don't really care at all.

Contacted Habanero and Pierluigi contacted me and started working immediately. The level of customer service and motivation that he has is completely different from the level of the staff member at the bank. The communication was excellent and went way beyond what customers would normally expect. As we were in a hurry, he really pushed to make everything happen as quickly as possible. He contacted all parties and kept everyone up to date.

We completed today and without Pierluigi, I believe we would not be close to completing yet.

If I would have known what I know now, I would have hired Habanero sooner than I did.
