Great service from Sean at Haart. He guided me through my mortgage step by step, answered every question, and made the process clear and stress free. I would recommend him to anyone needing mortgage support.

Larissa was super friendly and patient. She was prompt with her responses and answering any questions I had.

I would not recommend using Haart as an estate agent based on our experience. Communication was consistently poor — calls were rarely answered, and it became apparent that our numbers had been saved and ignored, as the only way to reach them was by calling from a different phone.

We were misled about the number of viewings arranged, which we were able to verify through our own CCTV footage. Upon terminating our contract with immediate effect, we received a list of over 40 individuals who had expressed interest in the property, despite only five viewings being conducted during our time with Haart.

We ultimately sold the property privately. Interestingly, our buyers had also been dealing with Haart for seven months, trying to purchase a different property, but had made no progress.

In our opinion, the service was deeply disappointing, and we would strongly advise others to consider alternative agents before committing their time and money!

I had a complaint about the house I got on mortgage from them, complained immediately to them, sent pictures to my solicitor to also lodge a complaint, but up till now, nothing was done. I went there physically to complain, they promised to fix but up till now, it’s been one story after the other

I was shown around a property by a haart negotiator. Larissa was great, with a warm friendly welcome, Larissa was really helpful.

The viewing process was very smooth and stress-free. Larissa Goodchild showed good professionalism and mannerism. She was already at the property waiting. She guided me with the information and details needed as compared to my previous experiences with other negotiators.. I was impressed

Despite reassurances that they would remove me from their database (including an email to that effect and a post on this very website!), they are still cold calling about my late father's flat which is listed with another agent.

If they can't even get their records straight, why would you trust them to sell a house!

Scott Aiken turned up on time to value our property. He was very professional and spent time to answer any questions we had. Would recommend Haart to anyone.

Had a viewing at 2.45 agent came at 3.00. The current owner/tenant had not been informed about the viewing, which resulted in the most disgusting home I’ve ever seen and smelled.

Not sure what email you are looking at. But I can confirm that my email says 2.45 and I’m more than glad to send a screenshot.
All I can say is that the tenant told the agent that she was not aware of the viewing.

Bought a house and Haart was the agent used by the seller and during the offer process and while having a conversation with one of the agents , I was reassured that other house on the same street have been sold by a figure that was higher then the reality and I find that very misleading and not very professional and trying just to raise prices based on not very realistic facts.

We sold our house with Haart in Strood Couldn’t fault them at all Olivia Barguss was great , she dealt with everything professionally and was on hand for any thing we didn’t understand, she explained things at every step. And a Thankyou to Billie as well who set the sale up. Would recommend them to anybody selling.

Sophie at Haart (Medway, Rochester, Strood) she takes care of repairs etc. She's been. Brilliant so far. Gets the job done when you report an issue. Pleased.

I can not speak for the entire Medway branch however Billie-Jane provided an awful service considering she is the sales manager. Throughout my very lengthy transaction of purchasing my first home Billie-jane was unprofessional, abrupt, dishonest and untrustworthy.She told multiple lies in order to push the transaction through and rarely responded to emails within the week. I would strongly advise anyone who is assigned to Billie-Jane to ask for another agent to save yourself the additional stress.

The service is great with my inquiries responded to timely and issues brought to my attention quickly. On the whole, I strongly recommend Haart Medway.

Yesterday we had our first rental inspection. We had no idea what to expect. Karunveer the property manager was so polite and explained what was going to take place. I felt comfortable and there was a two way conversation.

Good communication from the day of viewing, to approval, renting and checking out. Polite and professional.

I switched to Haart a couple of years ago having had nothing but problems with my previous agents and it was the best move I've made in some time. Karunveer is taking all the stress out of being a landlord and sorting all my issues (and those of the tenant) promptly and effectively. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great result from Sophie in getting our long awaited repairs finally completed, very helpful and polite.

Since starting as a contractor for haart, all at bray services have been happy with the detailed descriptions of works they require, Sophie from the Haart Medway branch, has been a pleasure to work with since we have started and her understanding has made things easier for our engineers to work smart.
